We had a wonderful stay. Staff is very polite and helpful, they helped us when our shoes got lost in the laundry room. Room is very clean and had a great view. Beds where comfortable. It was small, as most of the hotel rooms in Japan, but no problem for us. A little far away from touristic highlights, but the hotel is close to the metro station, which brings you to city centre in 30-45 minutes. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Fantastic place - we were completely impressed. Its not just a hotel, but an apartment with cooking facilities as well as a nice balcony. The location is very convenient - you can easily take the Tokyo metro from Urasayu station, which is around 2 min walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and when we asked for umbrella, or anything, they were very happy to oblige. Of course, they also helped us with bus information to get to the disneyland. Right across the hotel is a HUGE supermarket and you can easily buy whatever you need for cooking or your stay there. All in all, a fabulous stay.
