Very friendly staff who allowed us to leave luggage whilst we were out and about before checking in.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk through the central part of the city to the Castle. I highly recommend walking from the hotel to the castle at night. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The free ramen was great. Served by the loveliest chef in Japan. The breakfast was incredible. The onsen was lovely. All the staff were so friendly. So glad we stayed here.

Great location near the station. Excellent service and breakfast.

Spacious clean quiet room with comfy beds, fridge and a view. Good buffet breakfast. Public onsen was free to staying guests. Free toiletries in reception and onsen area. Dressing gowns provided with slippers that you could wear to breakfast as well as for onsen.
