This property is stunning. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The onsen was wonderful. The traditional breakfast in the morning was delicious and staff were extremely attentive. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Beppu.

This place is absolutely amazing. The check-in was really good and the staff took our luggage directly to our room. Somebody took the time to show us the room. The room ("Kogure") was amazing with the shower and a private onsen on the terrace. Everything was spacious and very clean. The food was great and a mix of traditional japanese and european. There was a variety of yukatas and tabi socks to chose from.
