Great location, just directly in front of the Abashiri Train Station. It was so convenient for us when we arrived at the train station at 10pm on a snowy day. The bus stop going to the Abashiri Prison is nearby as well

Kagariya is a beautiful traditional ryokan with stunning scenery. What blew me away was the food. It was top quality. I also reserved a private bath and the wooden tub was cool. Also the staff is very kind, they offered to drive me to the airport after check-out. Thank you so much!

You pay more for a superior twin room but the size, decor and view are superb. A beautiful combination of Japanese style and Western comfort. I only know about rooms in the main building. If you seldom splurge, do it here

Good location. Very friendly staff Twin Rooms with enough space for 2 people.

Spacious room and a nice location near the lake. You can get a bit more of a Japanese experience here with the Japanese-style tatami rooms and onsen. The table tennis tables were also popular with us and others.
