The location is great. The hotel is fantastic and the welcome although was late in the night, was friendly. The receptionist did a very good job. Breakfast was tasty and also the person responsible for the breakfast was very polite and ready to give the maximum attention to the request of the guests. We only stayed here for one night but our stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious, super clean, well heated and the staff was really accommodating and helpful. Free parking is subject to availability but there is also a free parking lot close by. A bus station to the city center is located 100 meters from the entrance so it's very convenient. Great value for money.

The location, the view of the lake was wonderful. The breakfast was perfect, fresh fruits and croissant was excellent. If you want something else like extra cheese, bread...etc, they are also providing them. The dinner was the best dinner I have ever had around this area. I ate sea food and they were very delicious.

We stayed for one night. Because of traffic coming from Switzerland, we were delayed quite a bit. But the staff were all very kind, and they were able to accommodate us for dinner on very short notice. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and in style like only Italians know how to achieve. The facility is lovely, old building mixed with very modern amenities, and a lovely breakfast garden. Italy at it's best.
