The location is great. The hotel is fantastic and the welcome although was late in the night, was friendly. The receptionist did a very good job. Breakfast was tasty and also the person responsible for the breakfast was very polite and ready to give the maximum attention to the request of the guests. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and nice! The facilities were amazing, there is a huge relaxing area and everything is new and modern with Neon lights.There are some board games also. There was also honesty bar where you can take drinks and snacks as well as coffee. The rooms were nice and they were cleaned every day during our stay. If you are coming with a car, they also have a lot of parking spaces as well as a garage. It is a perfect location if you plan to visit Milan, Como and Lugano. We had a great time!

We stayed for one night. Because of traffic coming from Switzerland, we were delayed quite a bit. But the staff were all very kind, and they were able to accommodate us for dinner on very short notice. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and in style like only Italians know how to achieve. The facility is lovely, old building mixed with very modern amenities, and a lovely breakfast garden. Italy at it's best.
