We would definitely stay here again, the hotel was an easy 1 minute walk straight from the Ravenna train station and only a very short walk to the shopping centre and main attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was fresh with a variety of options. Ravenna is a beautiful city.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing owners that run the hotel and restaurant in a kind and joyful way. Such a pleasure to be their guests, you really feel very well looked after. The room was very comfortable with all functioning amenities. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional elegant style. Breakfast was superb with delicious local products. We loved our first night dinner there with a great choice of both pizza and local dishes. Free parking outside.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Hotel Italia Ravenna. This is a perfect pre-cruise option. The bonus is the complimentary breakfast and cruise shuttle transport option. Staff are warm & friendly, especially Tommaso who helped answer all our questions prior to arrival. Additionally, he arranged for our airport pick up in Bologna and our transport shuttle on cruise embarkation day. Rooms are clean and a comfortable size, with varied room options depending on your family needs. We had two rooms side by side for our family of 4. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to the city centre to visit the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Mosaics are a must see!!! Plus there are so many dining options near by. We had incredible meals each spot we stopped in Ravenna. It is also literally steps from the Ravenna train station. Ravenna is a beautiful place to visit, especially pre-cruise. So many people choose to stay in Venice pre-cruise, which is still hours away from port. Ravenna is a lovely town, much more affordable, with incredible food. If you consider staying in Ravenna, Hotel Italia Ravenna is an excellent “home away from home” choice!!
