Great staff. I was late but they waited for me to arrive. Then organised a late supper at a local restaurant which was perfect.

I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

Exactly as described. Good wifi, and comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Very convenient transfer to the airport. If you feel like walking a bit, grocery stores are also nearby (about 600m).
