This friendly, family-run hotel is ideally located just outside the ancient walls of Lucca, just 100 metres from the main train station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Great location, 50 meters from train station of course. We conversed in English and Italian. Great recommendations for restaurants. The staff was so friendly and even prepared a special take out breakfast for our friends to take with them to Rome on 6 AM train. They did this hours before the scheduled breakfast hours for guests. That is a special thing and will always remember that gesture of kindness. Breakfast had a huge selection of items and I give it a 8 of 10. Loved watching the city wake up from our room overlooking the park and fountain. The rooms were spotless. Good pressure in the shower and again a spotless bathroom. Walking distance to the inner-walls of Lucca shops and restaurants. This place is a true gem and fairly priced. We highly recommend it.

Hotel La Luna is located in the heart of historic Lucca, just a few steps from Piazza Anfiteatro. Staff have excellent local knowledge and can advise on the best places to eat.

Good location just a short walk from the walled city centre. Very friendly and helpful reception / manager.

Villa Cheli stands on the slopes of the green hills separating Lucca from Pisa. It offers a pool together with typical Tuscan rooms. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful building, easy parking, close to Lucca. Restaurant looked great but we didn't have time to try it.

The Piccolo Hotel Puccini is located in a quiet area of Lucca's historic centre. The birthplace of the opera composer Giacomo Puccini is just around the corner.
