We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, room was nice and clean. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxation and the pool great for a quick dip. Affordable bike rental at the hotel which we used twice. 10/10 would recommend!

The stay has been so wonderful. We arrived only a few days after the opening of the hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel I could tell that it was an old, but newly renovated building. You are met with gorgeous marble floor and a small and welcoming reception. The hotel is located right next to Puccini’s apartment, now a museum. And close to that again is the beautiful Piazza San Michele. Around the area are authentic and charming restaurants and cafés, it truely feels like you are in the heart of lucca old town. We were met with a super friendly staff member, Ranieri, who helped us to our room. The room was beautiful, it had that old authentic charm with tall walls, a large window with wooden shutters. The colours were modern, but felt Italian and cozy. We had everything we needed in the room, and more (since neither my husband or I watch TV, but there were a lot of movies to choose from if we wanted to). The room was so clean, and everyday the cleaning staff did a wonderful job at tidying and making it comfortable for us. All the staff were so friendly. And we couldn’t have wished for anything more, it was perfect.

Position. Right next to the station and a short walk to the wall entrance. The hotel was very generous they supplied tea and biscuits; breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Staff were very friendly.

Hotel La Luna is located in the heart of historic Lucca, just a few steps from Piazza Anfiteatro. Staff have excellent local knowledge and can advise on the best places to eat.

Staff fantastic. Lovely breakfast. Close to everything yet quite. Everything was perfect.

Great location and very friendly staff. There is a well curated garden where one can have breakfast, do some work or simply enjoy the sun. I‘ll definitely go back !

The place is brand New, every thing perfect. The room and bathroom were way bigger than what I expected. Just two blocks from the Pisa Tower.

Staff went above and beyond. Had to leave early to catch a flight so couldn’t make the breakfast, the staff made two little breakfast bags and left them in the fridge in our room for the morning. Staff were also very good when we asked about the local area and things to do.
