Great position, comfortable to reach the nearest point of interest, but isolate enough to not have groups of people roaming the beach. It is still not high season so it may change. Please go to the restaurant...at least once is amazing 😁.the structure is clean and cozy even in my single room.

Staff v friendly,great location opposite bus stop and steps down to beach . The room had a small balcony with a clothes rack. Cold bottled water in the fridge. Breakfast -they provided cornflakes , pastries ,yoghurt and cake.

Sperlonga's Florenza Residence is just 50 metres from its private beach on the Lazio Coast. It offers modern apartments with free WiFi, a TV and fully equipped kitchenette.

This hotel was amazing. It has everything you could ever ask for. We had beautiful views from the window of the private beach. It was impeccably clean. The staff were very kind, warm and welcoming to everyone including our little dog. There was a delicious hot breakfast included as well. What I felt was outstanding was the organization of the beach. Each room is assigned beach chairs for their stay so this eliminates a lot of stress . The beach is raked and very clean. You feel safe walking in your bare feet! I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back🥰
