The staff were really nice, thoughtful and helpful. The room had a perfect size, the breakfast had a large suggestion of foods (sweet and salty) and it was less than 2 mn of the city center and all the main monuments.

It is right next door to the train station which was perfect for us to spend a day in Venice. It's a quiet area and has free parking within the grounds which was exactly what we needed since we had a rental car. Staff were really nice, helpful and spoke good English.

The location was a good choice for us since it was near the train station. We were only traveling through for one night and the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to reach after a long day of travel. I recommend taking a taxi to this hotel at night since the area around the train station is a bit rough. However, we did walk back to the station the next morning since it was an easy 10 to 12 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet and we were able to get a great nights sleep.

Cosy, spacious room in a quiet side street of an otherwise uninspiring industrial area that the north of Italy specialises in. The heating was up to scratch, the bathroom was spacious and the staff were lovely. It's best to book the restaurant; we didn't make it but the bistro next door is excellent value.
