We had a wonderful stay, perfect location, stunning views, very relaxing and we were given useful advice on restaurants to visit (all excellent).

Relais Montemarino, a historic stone farmhouse, is set in the heart of the hilly Langhe area, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. It offers characteristic rooms with exposed brick walls.

Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff!

Everything about Il Grappolo was excellent and all the staff, especially Cosmin, the manager, couldn't have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. Although the hotel restaurant (which does very good food) was closed in the evening (the bar and terrace are open all day until 8pm) Monforte has lots of lovely restaurants and bars for wine tastings and good food so it is a good place to base yourself for exploring the surrounding areas.
