This accommodation has excellent staff and food. It is nestled between two five star resorts. Elixer Hills resort is just down the road and has a great spa. The spa will drop you back & will also pick you up. As a female travelling alone I felt very safe staying here and they found me a wonderful driver and tour guide called Ganesh.

The property is overlooking tea plantation, absolutely amazing views. Very friendly staff, wonderful chef serving regional food. The manager of the resort helped us to organise trips to all attractions. Daniel took us for a walk to see the sunrise which was amazing. He also organised for us a taxi. The driver was very good and very keen to show us beautiful waterfalls on the way to Alappuzha.
