From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service from the host, who was always available to provide help and advice, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is quite well maintained, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to the city's main road. One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to the city's nice and big zoo, which was a treat to visit during my stay. Additionally, the host was kind enough to provide me with an umbrella when it unexpectedly started to rain, showing attention to detail and care for guests' comfort. The rooms at the hotel were not only clean but also spacious, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised when the host upgraded my room for free, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the excellent food served at the hotel. The menu offered a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I must say, the food was simply delicious. . Staff and their hospitality. Room and toilet smelt awesome . Food provided at the hotel tasted good. Free covered parking for cars provided. They lovingly felicitated my husband with traditional Assamese shawl. 😊 WiFi was really good. Television,air conditioner and fan worked well too. Property located in a very central location. Good for some, maybe crowded for others. Didn’t matter to us. Thanks to Mr. Manav K and his team.
