Please avoid this property. In booking.com it show excellent but it’s the worst property I stayed in entirely life. Avoid this place, especially any of the Goyal Hotels. The ratings on Booking.com are fake. We had a very bad experience — the rooms were dusty and not clean at all. We paid for two days but couldn’t even stay for one night and had to vacate the next day. When we asked for a refund for the second day, they refused and were very rude. They have no idea how to treat customers and are completely unprofessional. Please avoid this horrible place. Reply to the owner: Don’t post this fake reply. We spent more than 3 hours asking for a refund, and your managers were extremely rude the entire time. We even checked your other properties, and all of them were in pathetic condition. You clearly have no intention of giving refunds — this is just fraud business and you are ruining travellers’ experience in Agra. Please check google review

The quite location, easy access from the main road, parking space, room size [quite big], kitchen facilities, washrooms and balcony. Very interestingly, property provided us with basic kitchen consumables like fresh Milk, Tea Powder and Sugar. Voluntary service to load and unload our baggage was really helpful and appreciate.

Very clean for indian standards, well working AC and no weird smell or humidity (we experienced that in our other stays across India). Very kind and helpful staff, they prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even brought a snack the next day, while we were waiting for our train, which was a very nice gesture. Overall a great value for money, we would definitely book again another time.

The property is so close to the Taj Mahal - just a couple of minutes walk. The room was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. The food is very good and the staff extremely friendly. We would love to stay here again.

The staff, food, service Ms. Jyothi the front office staff really awesome. she did a great hospitality services which is really appreciated, helped us lot to arrange the local transport with affordable price, bus n etc.. and Mr. Yaswer Sing, another FOstaff, he was also very helpful and dedicative.. he helped us to book the Taj mahal gate passes and etc.. really proud of this staff.. and happily recommended hotel orange to stay overnights.. food was tasty..i felt more affordable from outside restaurants. thank you so much to Mr. Ali the auto driver.. he is so nice n wise person and affordable service than others.. the location is not noisy.. rooms are worthful.. all amenities were excellent.! from the outside look you may feel the hotel is small or not worthy, we had also same thoughts.. but once you enter, the service and hospitality will fill your heart with 100% satisfaction.. thank you, Jyothi and Yeswer with your whole team Orange. we will definitely come again to meet you..
