From the moment we arrived, our stay was awesome. The room was spacious, the facilities great, and the bed extremely comfortable. What really stood out for us was the staff. Brian and Lucas at reception were amazing, and their attitude just started our stay on the highest of levels. Any questions we had were answered professionally and in such a friendly manner, it was a real pleasure. All the staff we engaged with were very friendly and it helps massively with a stay. The owner is very kind and help with any question as buses routes and restaurants nearby. There's a bus stop almost in front on the house The room was comfortable and clean, despite is a bed&breakfast, the room has more than regular hotels: water, tea, coffee, brown and white sugar and the breakfast is very complete: egg, jamon, cheese, jams, nutella, coffee, cereals and oats (including gluten free!!!), fruits like tangerines, apples and bananas. I just stay one night, just arriving from a long flight and I chose it because it's very near from the airport. A taxi costs aprox. €18.

Located in Dublin's residential area of Drumcondra, the Annandale House is just 10 minutes' bus ride from the city centre's O'Connell Street.

The hotel staff were very friendly and sweet. We felt really welcomed in the hotel. The room was clean, so I was relieved by this. The space was big enough for 3 siblings to move around and do what we needed to do. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. In a nice and quiet location, there is a bus stop right outside but you can be in the city centre within a 30 min walk. Staff were exceptional.
