My stay at the hotel was fantastic – the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The bar on site was amazing – great drinks, pizza and an unforgettable atmosphere!

The room was huge. And quiet. Thank you. Had everything we needed. Although lots of stairs, it was an enjoyable walk to/from our roadside room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the whole place was spotless and everything was in its place. There was plenty of car parking spaces and the car park was very clean.

It had everything we needed: a fridge, a washing machine, each bedroom and an unsuite. It was located around the corner from a supermarket and there is a nice pub nearby - The Railway House. We called the owner because we didn't know how to lock the front door (lift up the handle) and he was lovely and friendly. Would recommend.

Great size of house, spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms. Bonus was each bedroom had ensuite showers. Very clean overall, crisp white bed linen. Towels and were also provided. The view was beautiful from the main room, looking out over the river. Owner kept in contact before arrival, which was a great personalised touch.

I would put even more stars if possible! Everything was perfect! Great location for walking around Kilkenny. Room really comfortable clean and cozy. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. Perfect breakfast. I definitely recommend it and for sure we will come back!

Great location in the centre. Rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. Modern, lovely bathroom. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The restaurant is class, the food top. Perfect place to stay in Kilkenny.
