Very nice hotel,Very comfortable room.It was a joy to see a bath in the room and to have a lovely long soak,Nothing quite like it.Room was spotless,Bed very comfy.Plenty tea bags coffee etc.No noise at night ,in hotel or on the street.I had a great sleep and as far as I am concerned that is the most important thing,Great value for money.I nearly forgot to mention the 3 lovely ladies I met at reception.2when I was checking in and 1 when I was leaving.

The landlady was exceptionally kind and helpful, always cheerful. Breakfasts were great, particularly Eileen’s home made scones. She cooked breakfast to perfection. The room was big and clean with a nice sea view. There was a small fridge in the room with fresh milk every day which is unusual but very welcome. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
