We originally had the reservation at this hotel of the hotel chain, but 1 week after I did the reservation, I got a message, that the hotel will be closed for our period, so we were offered a room in theirs another hotel : in Hotel Istra (under the same condition). So my review is about Hotel Istra and the attitude of the employees of the hotel chain. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the beach and very close to the center. We used the nearby parking garage for parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The half board was a perfect choice, the food was very delicious. The hotel staff is very polite, attentive and speaks very good English. And what we didn't expect, instead of a simple room, we got a room with a sea view. It was a big surprise! For this I'd like to say thank you! The view was wonderful. If we go to Opatija again, we will choose this hotel again! The hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect, the room very clean, the staff was amazing! The hotel is pet friendly and everyone loves dogs and they are allowed at the beach. The breakfast was delicous and they had a lot of option. The view was amazing! The whole experince was very nice and we are looking forward to come back!

Little extra touches to welcome us, drink on arrival and handwritten note in room with lovely chocolates. Also staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant food excellent accompanied with live music. Also amazing cafe attached to hotel.
