Where to start, my stay at Afrokan hotel was the absolute best, the staff were exceptional (made me feel very welcome), the bed was the most comfortable ever (I have stayed at 5 star properties before and the beds at Afrokan were first class). The showers were perfect temp and pressure, the combination of fan and air con kept the room very comfortable even during the night. The food I ordered was delicious, prompt and reasonably priced. I am super happy I have found this hotel, and I can't wait for my visit to Ghana next year, so I can enjoy this establishment again.

We have booked two rooms. As my mum isn't good with stairs, we were able to get an executive room on the ground floor and I was able to get a room near her. The staff was able to let me see rooms before choosing as a good example of helping me make decisions.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, good facilities and friendly support from members of staff. They were very professional and helpful at all times. Also, the location is very good, easy access to all tourist attractions and the hotel is not hard to find. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family travelling to Accra. Very closed to the airport, friendly staff. Decent breakfast, great location. I know it is not fair to compare with other countries. But for the price of one night, one can have a very good IBIS single room, with a rich and delicious breakfast in most EU capitals.

Great hotel overall. Good location, not far from the centre but also within range of Accra Mall and Kotoka airport. Friendly staff, very helpful: they kept my luggage for a few days while I travelled to Kumasi. Room was huge, pool was nice, so was the bar. Very good price-quality ratio. They drove me to the airport for free on my last day, and to the bus station at 4 am some days prior. Amazing!
