The room was nice, clean, and warm. I was glad that the room was nicely warm as the weather was cold outside and I just had dinner in another nearby hotel with my colleague (who chose to stay there), and that place was super cold, so it was definitely nice to arrive to a warm hotel room. I also appreciated that it was equipped with an iron and ironing board. I must say, that every single staff member was exceptional!!! I don't recall having such a good experience with staff ever. I was missing a converter from the EU to the UK plug and everyone did their best efforts to help me out. THANK YOU! Small things like this matter!

Very cozy and welcoming. We ordered the lasagna and the ribs and they were really lovely ! The breakfast was also super. The beds were SO comfortable and the rooms really nice and clean. Staff great too. We had a fabulous stay and would stay again.

we did not have breakfast. we did enjoy the pub. server very hospitable and stayed late to accommodate our late arrival. The owner was so sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The room was a little small but very clean, modern bathroom and comfortable. Can't say enough good about our hosts. Even offered assistance as we traveled on about the country!

It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and is a short drive to Hampton Court Palace. The staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would stay here again.
