The receptionist Andrea was fantastic. She assisted with the return of our hired car and our transfer to Sarria where we commenced our Camino. She also booked a taxi and gave us all the advice and information relevant to our trip. An amazing, helpful, kind and friendly person.

Pension San Roque is 200 metres from Lugo Bus Station, next to the Old Town Wall. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral, it offers free WiFi.

The balcony was an unexpected bonus. The communication was very helpful and polite. The cleaning was outstanding. Very close to all the amenities. Bedroom was a good size and the bathroom was lovely.

This hotel is located a short walk from Lugo’s Roman Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All accommodation is bright and modern, with a plasma-screen satellite TV.

Perfect location for the wall and the old town. Secure parking for the motorcycle. Basic facilities but adequate for a good, comfortable stay. Value for money. The staff are a bonus, helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Great visit, thank you

Very clean and well-maintained, with lovely hot showers — perfect after a long day. The central location made it easy to explore the area. Great stay overall!
