This place was absolutely amazing! Small hotel, which we knew when we booked it, and a little out of the way but it was a good base for our stay. 20-30 minute walk from the beach and the surrounding area is so quiet at night, which was fab! The main highlight was the staff! The ladies doing housekeeping and reception were amazing! Let us check-in a little early when we arrived and looked after us the whole week we were there. Always smiling and happy to have a little chat. They even organised our make-up in the bathroom by using the little cups as it was taking over the whole of our sink area! This was super sweet and definitely not something we expected them to do during a routine housekeeping round but it was very much appreciated. As two young women travelling alone, we felt extremely safe and well looked after while staying here!

Well first of all I have to say that when the girls at the reception arrive they are very nice and very friendly, they explain everything very well to you about all the areas of the hotel, about sustainability, the new restaurant that the Bosanova has just opened, the team is very attentive. When I entered the room, the room was very clean. We only had breakfast included and at night we didn't feel like going out, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel paying the supplement. We ate at the new restaurant in Bosanova and I have to say that for the most part We paid a 10 out of 10 for the food, the atmosphere, the waiters, the decoration of the restaurant, everything is very well thought out. Then at night we were in the hotel bar and the animation guys undoubtedly make your stay unforgettable, they have everything set up very well. We went down to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast is very rich and very attractive, they decorate it so well, the hotel knows that food has to attract apart from being good, and I have to emphasize the natural juices that they have are very tasty. I would return without a doubt. definitely a 3 star hotel.

This Hotel is an experience. More than 100 years old building, clean and outstanding. Stuff was amazing and kind. Pool, environment, garden, everything is perfect. You feel welcomed here and like at home. One of the best hotels in Lloret. Defintely want to come back every time.

The reception staff were outstanding and polite as well as helpful. The room was as advertised a 3* But remember there are no cooking facilities or utensils apart from a refrigerator and a kettle. One other point there was no dustpan and brush so no way of cleaning general bits up and as you do not have a cleaner for a week it can get a little tatty. There is no pool and no facilities to use the sister hotels pools only a stones throw away! I can recommend for a stay of a week or less. Noise can be a slight problem at times with school trips coming and going on regular days . We enjoyed it for our week and could return but most likely to the upgraded price of the sister hotel with a pool and breakfast.

This place was absolutely amazing!
