I would like to sincerely thank your hotel for the warm welcome and thoughtful help! We checked in the afternoon of 19 June 2023, Ms. Brigitta, Darabos warmly welcomed us. As we are an old couple over 70 years and with a lot of luggage, she kindly told us that she would give us a free upgraded bigger room No 418，and she also immediately offered her kind help for our luggage until our room. She helped us also to check the bus information for the old city and Veste Coburg. Her high quality of excellent customer-oriented service greatly helped us and deeply touched us. Our sincere thanks also go to Ms. Sandra Franz from the afternoon and evening shift. She has also tried her best to make our stay in your hotel happy and comfortable, giving us also different information about restaurants and shops. The hotel is located right next to the train station, which was very convenient for me. As mentioned in other reviews, when the windows are closed, you don't hear the noise of the trains. The room is exactly as shown in the photographs, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. I would happily stay here again.

The old part (presumably the original building) used for dining is intensely beautiful. A very attentive waitstaff and food was delicious, even the odd homemade items.
