Everything was excellent! The room was spotless. Beds very comfortable. Quiet and beautiful location. The swimming pool, hot tub and three separate saunas! Free parking and great breakfast in the opulent chateau dining room or on the patio outside. All amazing, would highly recommend, and definitely stay again. Price was very good

This hotel is a real gem! It’s located almost right in the heart of the city, yet just a short walk from the bus terminal — super convenient! There are Lidl, Albert, and Mix Market stores nearby, plus plenty of cozy cafés and restaurants for every taste. Our double room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: two cups, two spoons, one plate, and even complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. I was really impressed by the size of the bathroom — it was huge! Housekeeping was regular and kept the room fresh. Even though the hotel is in the city center, it was nice and quiet at night; only the neighbors made a bit of noise, but nothing serious. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful.

After a long journey, being greeted with a sincere smile and such kindness made me feel instantly at home. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely attentive — they took the time to answer all my questions, offer recommendations about the town, and make sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Their availability and willingness to help stood out throughout my visit. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving advice about local restaurants and attractions, or helping with small requests, they were always approachable and eager to assist. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms also deserve special mention. My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every corner reflecting great attention to detail. It was clear that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work — the room was cleaned daily with care, towels and linens were always fresh, and everything was arranged neatly and thoughtfully. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, combining classic charm with modern comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed waking up each morning to the peaceful view of the river and the surrounding architecture of Karlovy Vary. Another highlight of my stay was the location of the hotel. Perfectly situated by the Teplá River, the Saint Petersburg Hotel is just a short walk from the famous colonnades, mineral springs, and picturesque town center. I found it extremely convenient to explore the main attractions on foot, and the strolls along the riverside were simply beautiful, especially in the morning or at sunset.
