The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff—they were very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop lounge for breakfast was also a nice touch and good breakfast. The beds were decent, and the bathroom was a good size with a very good shower

excellent staff, everything we ask the staff were ready solve it for us. We played multiple activities like pool table and a playground. Staff member helped me to charge my camera, they were problem solvers. Parking area was handy, table location with a good view. the food was great! Good breakfast, we asked to for another coffee without any additional charge, it was amazing!! it is a win-win.

Location was great! A place you can connect with nature. The pool and Turkish sausa were a plus! We could walk to Cascada del Hippie. It was just 30 mins away Staff were nice

Great place to stay with family! Staff very attentive and friendly. We were able to switch one of our rooms for one with two beds no problem! Big thank you to Ligia! She took care of one of my nieces (she was having stomach issues) by making her chicken soup and guava juice!

Lovely staff, answered my questions (patiently, since my Spanish is not the best), helped out, offered an umbrella when it was raining, stored my bag after I checked out. I also came early so I just chilled in the terrace until I could go to my room. The room was also nice and clean, bed was comfy. I did not notice any noise, like others mentioned, that might be because I always carry earplugs. When saw pics of fruit plates in the terrace in the reviews, I thought maybe this is the only breakfast. :D But of course not, you get to choose from a few options (picture attached). To me the breakfast was filling and enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! The property is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. Our room was a bit small but perfectly functional, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options for those who prefer savory or sweet choices. A special mention goes to Carlos and Luis, who both very friendly and respectful. They gave us tons of helpful information about places to visit and local restaurants. The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the center, which makes it peaceful and slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Salento—ideal for relaxing and waking up to the sounds of nature. We highly recommend this place, and if we come back to Quindío, we’ll definitely stay here again! Hasta Pronto!
