This hotel is located up on a hill in a pretty street with three restaurants, two cafés, and two ceramic souvenir shops all in the same block. The rooms in the hotel are all situated around a beautiful central patio with a big fountain and very healthy plants everywhere, the place is lovely. But what made my experience truly exceptional was the staff. I came in on crutches because of an unexpected knee injury that I suffered the day before my arrival, and Marcela at the front desk went above and beyond her professional duties to help me and make my life easier with my temporary disability. Juan Carlos did the same during the night shift. They were so good to me that I developed a genuine affection toward them. Our room was 101, and it is a spacious room with a large bed, a sofa, a few low tables, and a huge window with fantastic view of the city. The room was very clean and our towels were changed every day. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Cali.
