The hotel was very near to main station of Zürich; so it is very useful for whenever you want to go anywhere. The hotel is at center of city; therefore you can find anything that you are looking for what around the hotel. The staff were kindly and helpful for our needs. The room was good general. Our room hadn't good outside view ; but it hadn't mattered us; because we were at city for explore; we weren't at hotel for stay allday; so in my opinions you shouldn't care outside view. The bed and silent were enough and comfortable us for sleep.

Great location, right in centre and beside old town. Trams right outside and can go anywhere. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. The beds were so comfy and the room was really clean. The rooms were big too and television had netflix which was great as we could watch stuff in English.
