Simply WOW! 💖 Fantastic place and absolutely amazing staff! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. You guys truly set the highest standards in the business! My deepest gratitude! We will definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful – always available and smiling. We also loved the food served on the beautiful terrace by the lake – it was truly superb. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect, we visited Luzern and Mount Rigi, both are only 30 minutes away.

The location of the hotel was excellent and our rooms were facing the lake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a very beautiful hotel with a nice lobby , cheerful staff and good breakfast. Rooms were provided with both still and sparkling water every day, have coffee machine and tea bags aswell. Looking forward to visiting the same hotel again next time

This was a perfect stop for a few days when driving home from Italy to Sweden in the real summer heat. The building is a bit dull from the outside but that doesnt´t reflect the interior, the location, the facilities and the service at all. Everything else is super, especially the views, the staff, the restaurant with its large windows and terrace and superb food and very good wine list, and the lush and green beach garden with the wonderful beach bar. The rooms are also nice and functional. Plentiful car parking possibilities with direct access to the hotel. Very close to Engelberg, Pilatus, Luzern and other sights around for short excursions. We really enjoyed our days at the hotel!
