Three-Star Hotels in Scuol

At our stay at Hotel Conrad in January we stayed in a great studio in Chasa Conrad.(The building opposite the main Hotel) which has the self contained studio and apartments. The staff were so friendly and helpful. though not a surprise as I had contacted the hotel via email before our arrival and Duri was vey helpful and patient with my enquires, When we arrived Susie showed us around, she apologised for her English, but in fact it was very good as we discovered along with her wicked sense of humour. She took us to our studio apartment which was even better than the photos, it overlooked the courtyard area, was beautifully fitted out, spacious and had everything you could want and need. Included was breakfast daily in the restaurant of the hotel, the food was home made and beautiful. as well as fruit salad, yoghurt, juices etc the selection of cold meats and cheeses were the best of local produce, a great range of the freshest breads and croissants, and freshly home baked cake each day. Also eggs anyway you wanted were cooked to order. Matilde always made sure we had plenty and offered us more coffee or tea. I think probably the best breakfast in Scuol. She also put up with and encouraged us practising our bad Swiss German. Hotel Conrad and the team create a a wonderful relaxing family hotel stay. The location of Hotel Conrad is in the centre of the beautiful and historic centre of Scuol, one of the prettiest Swiss villages I've ever been in. It is very convenient for getting to Motta Naluns ski slopes as one of the free bus passes through the courtyard nearby. It's also only a short walk to the main street, restaurants and the spa bath. Its a delightful and quiet area. We loved Hotel Conrad and Scuol so much we stayed an extra night. I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Conrad, and as others have said it is good value.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, the rooms were exceptionally pretty and comfortable. Included spa totes with towels for the spa, including discount for the spa. Easy to reach by bus from the main train station. Lovely breakfast and cakes from 2:30 to 4:30PM.

Well, very very friendly and helpful staff, owners. Very good restaurant. The accomodation was great. We stayed only 4 nights, the breakfast was good, the location was great and the people from the hotel were very nice, smiling all the time and helping with everything you needed. That is one thing I really appreciated. The location is 2 min away from the cabin lift area. The conditions they offered were great and exceeded our expectations.

This is a reasonably priced, comfortable hotel located in the center of town. Scuol itself is surrounded by some lovely smaller villages and on a future visit I believe I'd choose to stay in accommodations in one of these. It is the Alpine beauty surrounding Scuol that is the real attraction, not anything in town. The hotel has some construction underway just behind it, overlooked by the balconies for each room. When I arrived, I requested a different room, higher up and farther away from the noise and dust, and the management was extremely accommodating. They also allowed me to extend my stay by a night upon request and I very much appreciated the flexibility. The view from the balcony of my second room was exquisite. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings clean and basic, the room size sufficient and breakfast was plentiful, if also basic and unoriginal. The venison dinner I had the second night was delicious, perfectly cooked, but pricey (40 euros). The garage was convenient, they accepted my small dog and there's a large public spa connected to the hotel, although I didn't have time to use it. All in all, a good very good choice for a few nights in an amazingly lovely place.

A beautifully authentic historic Engadine hotel in the middle of nowhere.

Excellent location in lovely zernez! Rooms very beautifully done , and cosy and spotlessly clean . Bathrooms spacious and modern. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel in our travels in Switzerland !
