Perfect location ! near the train and bus station but accessible to the town on foot. The STAFF are wonderful!! 3 week trip and these folks were THE best!! the hotel is great - not fancy but very comfortable and the restaurant was awesome. Food was great and the drinks were as well. Breakfast was more basic but it was all we needed. WE were given a pass for the gondola system in town and took advantage of that - enjoyed the town as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting the people from the hotel. Worth a visit!!!

The restaurant and lounge were beautiful and the views were amazing. We arrived as the kitchen was closing but the chef still prepared us a meal.

The minute I set my foot in this place I felt like home . Cozy intimate small chalet with history ( the walls are telling it !) full of personality Friendly owners, authentic ,warm and easy persons Everything is right there at your hand perfect confort the Swiss pragmatic touch is there Nature around is glorious . Enjoy the silence in the terrace with view to the majestic mountains . Total zen Guests are discreet and not at all noisy ( there were some playing billiard in the evening but not talking loudly at all) An oasis of peace in a place that feels like home ! We supposed to stay only one night in Brienz and choose the hotel close to the train/bus station. We arrived late in the evening at the end of rainy day, quite tired, but were nicely cared by a kind and considerate hosts of the hotel. We have got a Swiss style homely corner room with lake and mountain view and lovely balcony. It was clean and sufficiently quiet, with good sleep. Breakfast was simple but tasty and enough to continue enjoying the gougeous Brienz. Thank you so much for owners of the hotel for a nice stay! Good luck with your business!
