The staff at Bad Serneus was exceptional. Such kind people and really helpful! The Rooms were also nice and had everything we needed! It‘s super close to a bus station, that will take you into klosters town or if you go by car, klosters is only a 12 min deive away. I can only recomment this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff. Good location. They give you a bus pass to use during your stay. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you’re skiing/snowboarding as short walk to the funicular up to parsenn and the train station just around the corner. Also can go cross country skiing right out front and the beginners hill as well. Apartment had everything you need for cooking meals (even had a fondue pot and a nice toaster) and was nice and clean. Quite spacious and good beds. Would definitely stay here again.
