Amazing. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfast was delicious and quite complete. The restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is one of the best in Switzerland. If you have a reservation in Iseltwald, you can request the Interlaken Guest Card, which allows you to take the bus for free and gives you discounts on activities like boat tickets, for example.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Situated right next to the boat stop, only a few meters from the little boat Dock featured in k-drama Crash landing on you, our room had its own little terrace and view over the lake and the mountains. Very comfortable beds, large room. Excellent food in the restaurant, the "Crash landing on you" plate was the best fish and chips my daughter had ever eaten

This was my favourite hotel during our honeymoon trip! The owners are kind and friendly. They decorated our room beautifully with a giant balloon, some sweets and a heartwarming card after learning it was our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake and mountain views outside the hotel. It is located 1 stop away from Interlaken Ost so you can get more peace and privacy away from crowds. 8-10 min walk with heavy luggages to the station. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus, cheese and variety of bread. There’s no mocha but the owner kindly asked what it’s like and made it for me, it was delicious. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and great views!

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean. You sleep peacefully without any noise. The hotel is in the center of interlaken near everything and very close to the interlaken west station. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing place with beautiful views, Very good breakfast and easily accessible from ferry, bus and train. Individual air conditioner placed in the roomis such a comfort during hot days. Lucky to have got this place as the rooms were fully booked. We would like to visit again to have more of the beautiful views from the hotel which never are enough for our eyes.

This was my favourite hotel during our honeymoon trip! The owners are kind and friendly. You won't believe how amazing the location is! The views are absolutely breathtaking and will leave you in awe. The hotel is kept spotless, and it's run by a wonderful family who truly knows how to make you feel welcomed. They're simply fantastic! The staff here are fantastic, the views are absolutely stunning, and everything is spotless!

Iseltwald itself is a beautiful little town, and the hotel is located near the end of the village at the lakeside. The location is absolutely beautiful and the private dock of the hotel made for great swimming/chilling! Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The parking spots of the hotel very convenient. The beds super comfortable. Our balcony with lakeview was the cherry on top.

Beautiful location at the lake on a small, but very touristic village. We only had an ‘economy room’ as last available, but this was even much better as some other similar prized hotels we stayed in in Berner Oberland. Very nice breakfast, super coffee and all with a beautiful view ! Recommand highly!
