William and Coralie were extremely thoughtful and welcoming hosts. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us that included several products from the region such as the fruit compotes, apple juice, and eggs as well as the cheeses and meats. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we slept like babies underneath the comfortable duvets. The location itself is beautiful. We woke up to a breathtakingly clear view of the mountains and sunny weather. Furthermore, they were extremely kind when I reached out about a forgotten sweater and made sure to get it back to me.

The views are magnificent, the room is gorgeous with lots of little amenities. The host makes is very friendly, making sure her guests have a wonderful stay. We highly recommend to book with breakfast, it was a great experience!

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

- the rooms were huge and nice. - the breakfast amazing with a lot of choices - the staff very polite and they even let us keep the dog without paying a fee. - Dinner in the evening was delicious. - We were 4 couples and in the evening we spent time in the "living room" playing games.

Friendliest staff of all the accommodation I've booked in Switzerland. The staff here are exceptionally kind and went above and beyond - especially as I became ill while I stayed here (from eating at another restaurant in town).

The location was good for experiencing winter living, with given the location and sceneries around.

Our hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. E.g. we were snowed in on the first day (not a bad experience at all!), our hosts offered to pick us up if we would not able to make it by car, then offered us food or a drive to a supermarket by 4x4 if we would need something. Everything in and around the apartment was very well organized. The apartment was very comfortable (nicely warm!). The views to the mountains and the valley below are amazing.
