A very large and clean room in a very nice, calm building. The building is very easily accessible and it has free parking and a restaurant that's open until 22:30. Reception was great, very professional and fast. Bathroom was nice and spacious, with both hot and cold water, and no drain problems! Wi-Fi was also very good if you need it!

Everything about the Hotel was excellent. The location was stunning, great parking, well equipped and comfortable room with stunning views. Both the evening meal and breakfast taken outside on a terrace overlooking the lake and alps in the background, were excellent . The staff were excellent too with attentive hosts and Olga the breakfast waitress is an asset, welcomong, friendly, attentive and excellent at her job.

The location was beautiful. It was in the middle of the mountains. Listen to the cowbells. The staff for excellent. the food was excellent and it was just a really lovely stay. We would go back and visit them again.

We had a very relaxing long weekend i Hotel Bad Schwarzsee. Our room had a great view on the mountains and it was very spacious. The balcony with table and chairs was also very useful. The breakfast was great with lots of great selection of bakery, cold meat, cheese, fruits and drinks. We would be happy to come back again.

I stayed there a couple of nights for some extra holiday to ride my MTB after a business trip in Switzerland. The room was very spacious well equipped incl. desk, fridge, large double bed, fan and balcony. On the balcony there was a small table and two chairs, excellent to enjoy the sunset. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I slept extremely well. The bathroom was not very large, but very clean and all amenities on could need is there. Good bonus is that there was a shower cap, shoe polish, basic sewing kit and shower and shampoo present. The hotel is very well located to go anywhere in the neighbourhood. Plenty of parking space for residents and restaurant visits. Very convenient that there is a restaurant nearby, lovely meat and pizza. Last but not least, their staff is very friendly and helpful. Big bonus for this. I had my bike with me and the hotel/camping has a dedicated bike storage room where they can be safely stored. They have good bike placing stands to put your frond wheel in without damaging the wheel nor any other bike. Again big bonus! The only reason I did not give a 10 star rating is that I might be missing an airco. The room had plenty of sun coming in and it can be warm in the room. However at night, the temperature dropped enough and with blowing some cold air in the room, I had no problem sleeping at night as the room was cooled down.
