Breakfast although we are used to an English breakfast,but it's worth the money. Location exceptional since public transport is opposite the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The studio is small but very well equipped — it has everything you might need, including a fully stocked kitchenette with new plates, cutlery, a kettle, coffee machine, and a fridge. Everything felt clean, modern and well maintained, including the bathroom. The location is also excellent: right next to Wankdorf station, from where it only takes about 3 minutes to reach Bern city center. There is even a supermarket in the same building, which is extremely convenient, especially for fresh salads, soups, juices and other ready-to-eat options. Last but not least, the staff was truly wonderful. I had a few requests during my stay, and although not everything could be fixed immediately, the manager was very kind, responsive and genuinely tried her best to help. When I mentioned at checkout that one issue hadn’t been resolved, she handled it with great professionalism and generosity. I really appreciated the way she took care of the situation — excellent service! Overall, a very practical and comfortable place to stay.
