The hotel is ideally located right next to the Interlaken West Train Station. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a bus station nearby. The room was perfect, with excellent amenities, a comfortable size, and thoughtful details that enhanced the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to Jamina, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, informative, and provided exceptional service. If I have the opportunity to return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Breakfast with amazing view Location was excellent, at city center of Interlaken, right opposite of train station. everything at the tip of your finger. room was really nice. spacious, full of light. nice view of the mountain. The staff was super friendly and helpful. they also give out tickets to ride buses for free. We had our car with us so we did not have to use them. If you don't have a car with you this is an amazing offer since they give it to you for free. If you are travelling with your own car, the hotel has dedicated parking spot which you can pay for. We parked in the hotel parking spot and it was super convenient. You can easily get to anyplace from this hotel (restaurants, supershop, shoppoing, meeting spot for day tours). finally a big shout out to the girl at the reception (don't know her name) and the lady at the breakfast. Both were really nice and helpful. a big thanks :)
