We really love the view from our Room and the breakfast table, it's very calming to see the mountains, the lake, the bird tweet. They are also very friendly to explain all of the things during our stays and luckily the room was already available when we arrived there, so we can get early check-in from them. The bus stops and the Train Stations are very close to the hotel, so it is easy to go anywhere. I think this is one of the best hotels during our trip in Europe. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location as it is right next to the Interlaken West station. The apartment is pretty new, secure and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony that can fit a dining table for 4 with a very nice view. Even though our room is facing the train track, the noise level is acceptable even when we had the window open during the night. We had a great stay here and cannot recommend it more!

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very calm and kind, greeted me well, and I asked for a copy, but it was nice that they were willing to do it. Also, I asked for a room cleaning, but you did it neatly. I left my tip behind and I was also surprised that the tip didn't take it with me as if it had been taught not to take a tip Anyway, I've been doing well.

An amazing stay from the second we checked in! The location, breakfast, room and views were all exceptional however it was Dani and Linda that made our stay extra special. A kind, warm and welcoming couple happy to share their story, knowledge and experiences along with their beautiful home. All recommendations were greatly received and went down a treat! Heidi and Eric were the icing on the cake for a fantastic 3 days, thank you Fassbind family, you were the best!
