As always the staff makes you feel warmly welcomed. I am always staying at this marvellous hotel if I have the chance, thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent standard of the hotel facilities. It is always clean, comfortable and, exactly as the name suggests, very charming.

Excellent overnight stay in Arbon. This hotel is not near the center but if you are driving it doesn't matter. We had a warm greeting and found our rooms clean, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We opted to eat dinner at the hotel and found it was excellent, and we could even sit outside. The breakfast was also very good. There is some construction near the hotel to be aware of. Special thanks to Lena for being so hospitable.

We arrived on a Sunday, and there was no reception staff in the building after 3 p.m. But we were notified in advance, and our keycards were available in a lockbox on the outside of the building. The hotel includes free underground parking. Room was very spacious and clean. Free coffee and water we available in the corridor of our floor.

The staff were first class and the breakfasts were delicious.

The view from the restaurant outdoor was stunning! We saw hawks, cows, boats on the lake, beautiful thunder etc. The vibe was serene and positive. The server/hotel manager was great, the wine was good and we would visit again.

The view to the lake, an early morning swim in the lake, the terrace and the friendliness (also to our kids) of part of the personnel. The hotel is located next to a bar where a dj was playing music until 10:30 pm (nice music!)
