The hotel was exactly what I needed, as I was attending a festival locally. The staff, and Maggie in particular, were incredibly helpful when I lost my phone and went hugely out of their way to support and facilitate me, and I'm extremely grateful to them. The room was good and had excellent air conditioning, which was really helpful with the heat.
