Beautiful garden and swimming pool, friendly hosts, great breakfast. We also tried the sauna/ wellness area one day and it was also very nice with a real Finnish sauna. The location is great and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the bus runs towards the city and Schmittenhöhe bahn. We liked everything here and the whole place was so cute!

Lovely family run hotel conveniently located between Zell am See and Kaprun. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and plenty of parking space available. Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Would stay again!

Very good breakfast and dinner. We had a half-pension which was very reasonably priced and the quality of the food was ok. We even had a free cake and coffee in the afternoon. Free parking available. Location at km 0 on Grossglockner strasse, so if you are going there you can not find a better starting point.

The location of this traditional pension is perfect. It is localized not so far from the city center, but far enough to maintain absolute “soul refreshing” quietness. Actually the only background noise you will hear is a sound of a wild rivulet flows behind the house. And as always it is all about host and here you have host worth 11 stars out of 10. It was great and lovely stay for me and I hope I will came back.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Always with a kind greeting. The breakfast was great, with lots of options and fresh, delicious food. Clean, tidy room. Although there was no air-conditioning, the warm weather outside wasn't very noticeable inside the room. It also could be aired sufficiently with the windows. Travelling by train, the location was perfect in distance to both the railway station, the city centre, and the mountains to start hiking.

Wonderful Stay! The hostess was incredibly kind and responsive all the time. The location is close to the city center. The room was clean and the breakfasts were delicious, and I truly appreciated them. Highly recommended!
