Aparna, the check in staff was super amazing. She was so so professional and friendly. When we checked in , the staff were so busy yet their service was amazing. The staff who assisted us with our bags when we arrived was amazing too. Super friendly and super professional. The rooms are very nice and very comfy. The entire stay was very good and fun. The resort has a lot of activities and amazing relaxing places to have a good holiday.
