When you arrive, you get greeted immediately, and staff would help you with your luggage to the room. The rooms are all beautiful, and the drives are fantastic. I was very happy about how mindful our guide (Cathy) was towards the animals (If there were other cars near a certain animal, we would try to come back later. She kept good distances), and how knowledgeable she is. She tried to really find all the animals (except leopard, as they would be exceptional to find). I would really recommend staying 2 nights, so you have enough game drives to also go and see the giraffes (they live further away in the reserve). The dinner is fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, and the morning coffee with a view of the elephants really ties everything together (they also live in the big reserve, but tend to come into view in the morning). The staff is all really nice, and the spa treatments are not too expensive.

Situated in the heart of Cape Town, Taj Cape Town is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and businesses. My hotel of choice in Cape Town. Amazing staff and outstanding guest experience! The Taj truly values its guests, and you can feel it in the culture of the hotel and the way every staff member reflects that. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service, everything was exceptional. Special shout-out to Rita at the Front Desk and Jacobs at the door — both went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Well done to the whole team! The hotel is also located very close to the top spots: Cathedral, Slave Lodge, Bo Kaap. Great restaurants in the hotel (Bombay Brasserie is top notch), but also around it so you'll never run out of options. There is a coffeeshop just outside where tour guides offer free historic walk 4x a day.

Our stay at Pezula Nature Retreat was absolutely outstanding in every way. The resort offers a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere, with spacious and comfortable rooms that overlook breathtaking natural scenery. The spa treatments were exceptional – relaxing, professional, and truly rejuvenating. The restaurant provided delicious and beautifully presented meals, turning every dining experience into a highlight of our stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home and added a personal touch to the entire experience. Overall, our stay at Pezula was unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and perfectly managed retreat.

Situated at the Sea Point Promenade facing the Atlantic coastline, The Winchester Hotel features a pool and an Italian-style courtyard surrounded by palm trees and fountains. Location couldn’t be better, love the boutique style, beautifully decorated modern comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinners are phenomenal, the chef is extremely talented and creative and our dinners there were one of the best we have had in a long time. We also appreciated their free shuttle service to the Victoria waterfront/store. This was our 3rd time at the Winchester Mansion and our best stay due to the renovation and enhancements they made.
