Each staff member from the security guard at the gate to the butler at the door were well-trained in their area. Shadreck who works as a butler went above and beyond in his duties. One evening he brought one of my visitor's cars around in the pouring rain. He had a few of my items steam cleaned and was always upbeat and cheerful in our interactions. I also enjoyed access to the 24/7 pantry although some of the desserts were not fresh. The property itself is peaceful although I expected a slightly more dramatic pool and view of the city however, I went there to rest and that is what I got. It was a seamless experience.

Rene and her team were lovely and very accommodating even of an unusual request. Rooms were comfy and luxurious and stocked with all necessities, and breakfast was tasty and fresh each morning. Spa service was also very nice, my daughter was treated like a princess. Location is about 26min from the Mall of Africa and we found plenty to do within a 30-50m drive. Parking is also secure and self accessible.
