Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant.

Guests can experience game viewing tours organized by the Lodge. The sun loungers by the pool allow guests to have a relaxing sun bath. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. This stay was unplanned and booked last minute. And we didn´t regret it! Tasty food, great wine and a lodge with a view over the game farm. The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

Tsala Treetop accommodation has stylish interiors with 24 hour room service and free Wi-Fi throughout. We visited Tsala Treetop Lodge for our honeymoon and had a fabulous experience. We actually extended our stay an additional two nights because we loved the tranquility of the location. The treehouse rooms are beautifully furnished with a private pool and amazing views. The staff were incredible and we loved the food at both Tsala Treetop Lodge Restaurant and nearby Zinzi.

Large rooms with balconies, just above a nice restaurant. Many other eating choices close by. Not too far from the fantastic beach if you want to go for a swim. Good parking opportunity for our motorcycles.

• Children 2-3 years of age can participate in the Bokkie Drive after breakfast, or one can hire an exclusive-use vehicle, both at an additional cost. Absolutely incredible experience! The game drive was amazing! We saw lions, rhinos, hippos, elephants, giraffes and even cheetahs. We experienced an amazing cheetah hunt – one time life experience! All animals are looking happy and healthy. Our guide drives sooo close to animals and let us make great photos. We are lucky to have this guide, absolutely great guy! I definitely recommend this amazing place!!

Trogon House offers treetop accommodation in the Tsitsikamma Forest, 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches of Plattenberg Bay. It features a lounge with antique furniture and stone fireplace, a pool with wooden sundeck and a spa.

The Forest Spa includes a hot tub and sauna. Various natural treatments and massages can be enjoyed while relaxing with an outlook to the forest. Oh, what a beautiful facility! This place was so unique; a real find in the middle of a forest! It was like staying in someone’s luxurious treehouse home. The staff was lovely. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed; the food was delicious. Must be seen to be believed. What a treasure!
