Specially the manager… I had one inconvenience with a room service order and she was responsive and offered me a free shuttle to the airport. There’s a decent mall nearby (walking distance)

The room was spacious (we even had a balcony) and perfectly clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was central and close to everything. Still, the highlight was probably breakfast and the restaurant staff.

Pleasantly surprised by the large space of the room, by its high ceiling, by the large space the hotel offers everywhere, by the exceptional view of the City and by the Central location of the hotel. Competent and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of cuisine, including the famous Spanish Churros ! Very reasonable prices for home service from the restaurant. We did not have enough time to enjoy all the facilities of the hotel. Definitely our choice for the next visit to Hué.

The accommodation offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna and terrace. This stunning hotel took my breath away. Within walking distance of the train station, the staff here were wonderful, giving fabulous service, the room was comfortable, spacious and well designed, and the food both at breakfast and dinner was just delicious. Within walking distance of the river and market, it was a good location. They can also organise taxis and excursions. The gardens were stunning with a gorgeous outside pool. I didn’t make use of the spa, mainly because my itinerary didn’t allow, but it looked wonderful. I will definitely stay here again.Old fashioned meets modern and this was a special hotel in every way.

I love this hotel! It’s a beautiful property ,10 minutes away from the imperial citadel by taxi. The hotel provides shuttle service going to the city center. The staff is very welcoming and the service excellent. We got a room upgrade when we arrived to the pool villa which was situated right beside their heated pool. The property has 2 pools and their heated pool was pleasantly warm even in chilly January weather. We had free 30 minute daily massages that were extremely relaxing after a long day of walking to see the sights. Cristy , the assistant general manager, and Claudia at the reception area were very kind and accommodating. They connected with us daily and ensured that we had an amazing stay in their hotel.

Great location, right next to the citadel and in a very quiet part of town. this is a historic building as it was the old hospital for the palace so is a beautiful building and the rooms had alot of history although they have been modernised and the comfort levels are 5star.
