The hotel had everything very well organised and the staff was very helpful with tours and any requests. It is in a great area and has a nice pool area and included breakfast. Really liked the pottery class and got to take home a whistle souvenir. Breakfast was also from 6-10am and check out is til 12nn. Gym was also clean and well-equipped despite being small. Distance is 5 mins away from the historic center, and can ride a Grab directly to Hoi An Memories.

The staff are super kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Trang that went above and beyond to help us change our flight. They also upgraded us to a suite. Very clean, nice breakfast and the room was big and comfortable.

The family room was perfect for our family of four. The wood panelling, simple decor and tiled floors made for a beautiful stay. The facilities were just what we needed - speedy room service, minibar, Resturant supplying simple and delicious meals, a bar and a lovely pool with sun loungers. Bicycles were a fantastic addition and we all enjoyed cycling into Hoi An via the river pathway. There was a very short section of road to navigate outside the hotel. There were many lovely resturants nearby - heck out the Firefly for some of the best food in Hoi An.
