This is our first time visit Hoi An. We were lucky to stay at La Charm Hotel. Their staffs were friendly, professional and they did very good job. Room were nice and beds were comfortable. We had a very good time here. Wish them all the best.

Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Son hotel is definitely the best hotel we stayed in Viatnam and you should book it if you are looking for a luxury small resort in Hoi An.  The hotel team is one of the best we could find .We spent 5 nigths at the son ,so we became very friendly with them and came to know them  by their.Ms. Ly gave us excellent  recommendation for a local beach  and  other good places in the city and we couldn't have done it without her!.Hong and Yyen  helpt  us orgenise my husband birthday and  understood all our crazy ideas to suprise him with all their hart. They even brought a birthday cake with candles and song to the swimming pool to our request. Finally  trang and tan from the bar which preaperd for us coconut coffee and cocktails and we had such a nice talks with  them every day , it was very hard to say goodbye  at the last day ,we really felt like they all where part of our family during our time at Hoi An.  The  hotel design is butifull with colonial style.we had a triple big room with balcony to a butifull swimming pool in the middle. It was very clean and since it was hot we spent every day time at the pool to chill ourself with a nice coconut or solt coffee we could order from the hotel bar to the pool. Thank you for the wonderful time we spent in the Son Hotel we couldn't ask for more , if we could rate the Hotel 10+ we would be more than happy do it!!!

I recently stayed at Nghe Hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great - they were always polite and willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things I loved about this hotel was the location. It's situated outside the old town in the river delta, which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. We were able to easily get around by bicycle, which the hotel staff arranged for us. They also arranged airport transfers for us, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The pool at the hotel was perfect and beautiful - it was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was full of local food and fruits, everything was delicious. . Overall, I highly recommend Nghe Hotel in Hoi An. The staff, location, facilities, and food were all top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An.
