This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Big, clean rooms with robes, tea, coffee, water. Set in a great location about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Sapa, which is perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was excellent and you could order as much hot food as you wanted with lots of variety. The staff are what really made our stay - David was amazing! He was so helpful, kind and chatty. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!

You have to come here for 100%. It’s worth every penny.

The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.
